Aloha, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist in the states of Hawaii, Florida, Colorado, and Iowa. I provide psychodynamic therapy that is individualized care specific to you. My areas of specialty are relationship issues, women's sexual health, gender issues, parenting issues, anxiety/depression, and eating disorders. My treatment modalities utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), family system, solution focused, and humanistic models. I approach therapy from an integrated lens, that views the whole self as regenerative and resilient.
